The church i have the privilege of pastoring Trinity Evangelical Missionary Church [don't go there yet - it is not a pretty sight/site] began a process of Vision Renewel with Outreach Canada about 3 years ago. The process got stalled a bit as they searched for a lead pastor - that's now me. The last several months we have talked and prayed and bounced a lot of words around. We introduced what we call the t-shirt version on sunday afternoon: we had an indoor picnic lunch [due to rain] and then had an informal presentation / discussion.
Here's what we are going with:
