I'm still reading The Jesus Creed by Scott McKnight. I usually have several books / magazines / articles on the go at once - but I think this is the slowest I have read a book since one of Eugene Peterson's. I had the privilege of studying with Eugene, what seems like eons ago at Regent College in Vancouver.
This is one of those books which while simple [i.e. clear, straightforward] takes time to digest.
