30 years ago...
Star Wars
Thirty years ago, in May 1977, the phenomenon that is Star Wars ran head-on into popular culture, and popular culture jumped on for a hyperspace ride. Evidence of the galaxy far, far away was everywhere - on toy shelves, in discos, and especially on television.
Can you believe it... 30 years ago now.
