Overall a pretty bland show
worst moment: the clip honouring the previous 79 winners of best picture - it was designed for widescreen - we couldn't see any of the dates.
best moment: Glen Hansard and Marketa Irglova (Music and Lyric) winners of Achievement in music written for motion pictures (Original song) for Falling Slowly from Once. When the band cut in not allowing Marketa to say her thanks, Jon Stewart brought her back on after the commercial break and gave her an opportunity to speak - well done
