take or speed scrabble and ministry

Take or as it is sometimes called speed scrabble is a game using the scrabble tiles, but not the scabble board. Everyone starts with the usual 7 tiles, but in take, everyone plays with just their own tiles, and at the same time. When you use all your tiles, you call take and everyone takes an additional tile. Sometimes you are picking up pieces very rapidly while changing your arrangement of tiles.

I think this is a good picture of what ministry is often like.

We would prefer the systems and order of a scabble game, but it is much more like take. Just when we think we have things all figured out... things change.
