Jesus for President

Tonight, on our way to a family picnic on Canada Day, Nadine, Joel, Nathan, Sam & I are heading to TO to see and hear Shane Claiborne and Chris Haw to Toronto on the Jesus for President Prime Minister tour, in support of their new book, and for the further awakening of the theo-political imagination. The event is sponsored by Empire Remixed and presenting partner PWRDF.

The event takes place on tonight [Monday June 30, 2008] at the Church of the Redeemer (162 Bloor Street West, Toronto), and gets underway at 7.00pm. Admission is PWYC, with a suggested donation of $10 per person.
