running 2012

It's good to set goals
As most of you know I am back into running, so here are some of my goals for 2012. The last part of 2011 was a bit of a write off for me... micro tears in my solerus, followed by bronchitus. By the time of Nathan & Sam's wedding I was unable to run a 3K without stopping several times. About mid-October I started back in slowly.
