In part, because North American church culture is looking for, wants managers, not leaders".<BR/><BR/>Kinda tunes out God's 'Servant leadership' Model doesn't it!<BR/><BR/>Personally, I think NA church culture is out to lunch, it should not want 'managers' nor 'leaders' - It should want God to lead His Priesthood of believers who are in turn obedient to His will. . . (who will minister as one to one another in Him). <BR/><BR/>I am not convinced that church culture really wants God's will, nor his representatives! In my heart of hearts I believe most church bodies are afraid of those who seek the Father's will. I have even heard some of these types called 'riff' and 'raff' only to be forced out the door because they did not fit the definition of church 'club'.<BR/><BR/>It is easier to execute Human vision in the name of God rather than letting God execute His vision in us! The former has a degree of predictability and comfort while the latter for those who don't know Him would simply be terrifying.
