white sox and the umpires

You would almost think it was a conspiracy.
The White Sox get the benefit of another blown call by the umps during game 2 of the World Series.
Astro pitcher Dan Wheeler then threw a pitch that home plate umpire Jeff Nelson ruled hit Jermaine Dye — replays clearlyvshowed it instead grazed Dye's bat. This loaded the bases and prompt the Astros to bring on Qualls. Paul Konerko knocked the first pitch he saw into the stands for a grand slam.
Jeff Wilson blew the call - there is no doubt about it. And changed the course of the game.
