this is a work in process :: thoughts expressed are current personal opinions and are not necessarily final statements :: i reserve the right to disagree with myself and/or change my mind at any time :: it is a reflection on spiritual growth / formation :: and a little bit of just about everything else thrown in
I recently visited briefly with a friend whom I have not seen in several years, and I was struck boldly and stunned by this attitude which seems to not be limited to a mere few.
And it brings me to neuro-science and religion. Are some people genetically impaired from being real? Do their brains develop in such a way that they cannot understand the world as anything better than a mere savage?
It would seem to me to be rather cumbersome to stumble around in the dark, completely unsure of yourself, because all along you've been praying for the fish and its arrival has yet to occur.
