I finished reading Chokecherry by Norma Hawkins. I first heard a reading of the book on cbc. It's read by Janet Wright from Corner Gas.
It’s a look at the joys and frustrations of life in small town Saskatchewan during the 1950’s. Geoff (the new Anglican minister - it's his first charge) and Becky (his wife) have just settled in a small town and discover what life as a minister in a small town is all about. It's a fun, interesting read.
