codex sinaiticus

codexsinaiticus.org is now online. You can see images of more than half of the 1,600-year-old Codex Sinaiticus manuscript.

Fragments of the 4th Century Greek document, writted on parchment leaves - lay undisturbed in a Sinai monastery, until it was found in 1844 and split between Egypt, Russia, Germany and Britain.

Interesting...did you see the Book of Barnabas and Shepherd of Hermes?

No English translation...maybe i was not using the tools right...but most interesting.

I believe the book was presented to to the early Church by a Gideon.
