Tim Horton's in Waterloo

Here are the Tim Horton's here my neighbourhood in Waterloo. I live in the Tim Horton's wilderness to the West of the University of Waterloo, and south of Laurel Creek Conservation area.

Mike Pegg here from Google Maps Mania - I actually live in the same area as you - Isn't that part of town just HURTING for a new coffee shop? I'm thinking maybe the new Canadian Tire store at Ira Needles and Erb (where the new roundabout is) might get a Tim's.. What do you think?

There was a vacancy in the old LCBO location at Fisher-Hallman & Columbia after they built a new store... however most of that space is now taken up by Carson Travel... there is a small spot left, but probably not big enough.
