Here's something that happens hundred's of time every day. Everyone knows the routine. Everyone knows what's going to happen, what's going to be said. But here's someone who changes things up a little... and everyone has a smile on their face, everyone has a little fun, everyone talks about what happened... even us who weren't there.

I'm guessing that SWA is the US equivalent of Westjet? And I know that United is an even worse version of Air Canada (no food, not even a pretzel! on flights under 3 hours!!).
