According to the UNHCR there are 117.8 MILLION forcibly displaced people worldwide at the end of 2025 as a result of persecution, conflict, violence, human rights violations or events seriously disturbing public order.
Of those, 68.7 MILLION are internally displaced people.
65% originate from just five countries
Venezuela 6.5 million
Ukraine 5.2 million
Syrian Arab Republic 4.9 million
Afghanistan 3.7 million
Sudan 2.8 million
